Our Story
Orchid Embers Spa has been a sanctuary for beauty and wellness in East Central Alberta since its establishment in 2008 by Amy Buttler. From the very beginning, the spa was built on a foundation of quality skincare, proudly using Eminence Organic Skin Care to provide clients with natural, results-driven treatments.

In 2014, Cyndy Harris became the owner of Orchid Embers Spa, further expanding its services and enhancing the client experience. With her expertise as a Certified Esthetician, Cyndy introduced Jane Iredale cosmetics, offering high-quality, skin-friendly makeup to complement the spa’s skincare philosophy. Under her leadership, Orchid Embers grew into a trusted destination for personalized esthetic treatments and self-care.
In November 2024, Erin Francis took the helm as the new owner of Orchid Embers Spa. Erin, a Clinical Esthetician, joined the team in 2022 after graduating with distinction from Lakeland College’s Clinical Esthetician program. Passionate about advanced skincare and client care, she continues the spa’s tradition of excellence while bringing fresh innovations to esthetic services.
